New T/o Rear Black Spoke Wheel Harley Slim FXS 3.00×16 Softail Heritage street bob? 25mm axle…. dealer took off when bike was new. not sure of all fitments stuff you see on rim is the liquid from taking the tire off…shouldve polished it off.
